Cancellation Policy:

1. If you wish to cancel an order on Bakiat, you must contact the vendor from whom you purchased the product as soon as possible.
2. If the vendor has not yet shipped the product, they may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
3. If the vendor has already shipped the product, you may not be able to cancel the order. In this case, you may need to request a return or file a dispute with Bakiat.
4. If the vendor cancels an order, they will issue a refund in accordance with their refund policy.
5. If you wish to cancel an order placed with a delivery man, you must contact the delivery man directly as soon as possible. If the delivery man has not yet picked up the product, they may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund. If the delivery man has already picked up the product, you may not be able to cancel the order and may need to request a return or file a dispute with Bakiat.
